Create a free KIMAIA account. After signing up and verifying your account, you receive 75 welcome points once. Existing customers can join too. A newsletter subscription is not required; you choose whether to receive marketing emails.

Select Invite a friend and sign in if needed. On your phone, Share opens the available apps, such as WhatsApp or email, with your personal link already included. On a computer, you can share directly by email or Facebook. You choose the recipient and send the message yourself. For an Instagram Story, copy your personal link and add it as a link sticker.

Someone who has never placed an order and does not yet have a KIMAIA account. Your friend must claim the invitation first and order with the same email address. Self-referrals are not allowed.

When your friend’s first purchase is approved by our referral programme. Your friend must order with the email used to claim the invitation. Points are not cash: redeem them in your account for a personal discount code. The €50 minimum applies to the discount; your friend does not have to use the code to complete the referral.

A full refund cancels the referral and reverses the related referral points or rewards. Partial refunds and other exceptions are reviewed separately. If you believe a referral was blocked incorrectly, contact us and we will help.
