1. Subscription types
KIMAIA offers two subscription options for the delivery of supplements:

• Flexible subscription : the customer receives a new delivery of products with a 10% discount every 28 days. The amount is automatically collected via the specified payment method (iDEAL, credit card or PayPal). This subscription can be cancelled monthly after a minimum term of three (3) months.

• Annual subscription : the customer receives a new delivery of products with a 25% discount every 28 days for twelve (12) months. The amount is automatically collected monthly via the specified payment method. After the initial period of twelve (12) months, the subscription is automatically renewed and can be cancelled monthly.

2. Delivery and changes
The products will be automatically shipped to the specified address every 28 days.
The customer can change the desired flavor at any time by sending an email to support@KIMAIA.nl stating name, address and the desired change. KIMAIA will confirm this change by email.

3. Termination
The subscription can be cancelled after the minimum contract period has expired (3 or 12 months respectively, depending on the type of subscription).
The cancellation must be done in writing via support@KIMAIA.nl . After cancellation, a cancellation period of one (1) month applies, which means that the customer will receive one more delivery before the subscription is actually terminated.

4. Payment obligation
By taking out a subscription, the customer enters into a continuous payment obligation. KIMAIA is authorized to automatically collect the subscription amount every 28 days via the selected payment method.

5. Price changes
KIMAIA reserves the right to implement price changes in connection with rising costs. In that case, the customer will be informed by e-mail at least 28 days before the effective date of the price change. If the customer does not agree with the adjusted price, he can terminate the subscription free of charge before the effective date of the change.

Application and agreement

These subscription conditions form part of the general terms and conditions of KIMAIA. By taking out a subscription, the customer declares that he/she has taken note of and agrees to these subscription conditions.
