Shipping & Returns
The shipping process
At KIMAIA we understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why we have a policy of ordering before 22:00, your order will be processed the same day and handed over to the parcel service. In most cases you will receive your order the next working day. Please take into account possible delays at the parcel service, holidays or other circumstances that may affect the delivery time.
For the most up-to-date information about your order, it is possible to follow the track and trace code that you will receive as soon as your order is registered with the parcel service. Our customer service employees are happy to help you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to register your return with us.
We can only accept the products you want to return if they are unopened and sealed. Opened packaging that is suitable for consumption and/or personal care cannot be accepted for hygienic reasons.
To register your return, you can contact us via support@KIMAIA.nl . We will share further instructions on how to send your return package with you via email. Once we have received your return order, it will be checked and processed after acceptance. Items that are returned without a return request will not be accepted.
The costs for the return shipment are for the customer.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned.
Exchange
Have you received your item and do you prefer a different flavor? It is possible to exchange your product, send an email to our customer service support@KIMAIA.nl and we will discuss further details with you. Please note that the costs for the return shipment are for yourself. We will send the desired flavor to you when we have received the previously ordered products.
Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and sealed.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
