What about skin, hair, nails and cartilage?
Valley Glow includes zinc for normal skin, hair and nails. Ocean Glow includes biotin for normal skin and hair. For cartilage, the relevant nutrient is vitamin C: it contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Both formulas contain this vitamin.
How do you use the formulas?
Mix one scoop a day with at least 200 ml of water, yoghurt or a cold drink. You do not need to take Valley Glow and Ocean Glow together: choose according to your preferred source and ingredients. Follow the label for your chosen flavour.
